PCC Rock Creek’s new Dealer Services Technology Building (DSTB) is a 15,950 SF pre-engineered metal building for heavy equipment technician education programs. The Dealer Service Technology Program is a career and technical education partnership between PCC and the Northwest Region CAT dealerships to prepare students to be qualified Caterpillar service technicians.
The DSTB facility will include an 8,000 SF vocational education shop for (18) workstations, adjacent covered area for outdoor training and storage, a fenced, gravel equipment storage yard, administration area, (3) general purpose classrooms, and support spaces.
Construction is scheduled to begin December 2020 with project completion in September 2021.
