“From our initial review of the proposal to the selection and working with CIDA, we have been impressed with the exceptional competence and professional manner in which the architectural services have been rendered.
The project involved the value re-engineering of a set of existing plans with the requirement of meeting cost objectives while continuing to retain many of the architectural aspects that we desired to remain.
CIDA performed admirably. The resulting architectural design and subsequent reductions to the construction budget have enabled us to proceed with the financing and construction. We believe we could not have made a better choice.”

Radio Design Group’s new 22,000 SF headquarters, perched above Interstate 5 and the scenic Rogue River, iconically represents RDG’s corporate image and the promise of growing prosperity in southern Oregon. The collaborative team of owners, contractors, and designers conceptualized, designed, and built the facility on an under-utilized, steeply sloped site. CIDA re-evaluated a previously designed, highly over budget proposal and through careful design, including re-imagining the structural system, and the incorporation of natural site characteristics and adjacencies, the resulting project retained all the building’s programmatic needs, aesthetic appeal, and size of the original design while reducing the construction budget by an amazing 33%.
