A new $8.4M east coast tortilla facility, for the Northwest based company Don Pancho, included warehouse, production and distribution areas, as well as 8,000 sq. ft. of administrative offices, a quality assurance lab, employee areas and a presentation kitchen. CIDA worked closely with the project team to layout equipment maximizing production flow and efficiency. Construction was completed within seven months.
